CURRENT RESEARCH GOALS AND INTERESTS
Renate Motschnig's research goals center around the discovery of principles and the development of approaches as well as competencies for improving the development, effectiveness, and quality of socio-technical systems. Her current research interests include conceptual modeling, knowledge and systems development, ontologies, process models, group and team processes, technology enhanced learning, motivation, cognitions and emotions in learning, the Person Centered Approach, communication and New Media. Most recently, Renate Motschnig has focused on exploring the potentials of the Person-Centered Approach and interpersonal relationships in team work and human resource development as well as knowledge development and learning with New Media.
